"Recent research has proven that explicit, phonics-based, teaching is key. It does not stop there, however. Learn the strategies that will have you rethinking your entire method of teaching your child to read. I have used this method of teaching to self-contained, special needs children and their scores are consistently the highest in the entire school district. This is not a curriculum. It is an entire philosophy of thinking that can be used with any curriculum you already use. This session focuses on teaching early learners.
