Real Practice. Real Confidence. Real Clarity.

High school can feel overwhelming — for parents and teens alike. College conversations.Admissions expectations.Interviews.Financial aid questions. Most homeschool teens don’t get low-pressure opportunities to practice these conversations before they matter. The FREE Teen Interview Trail changes that. During the Homeschool to College experience, students in 9th–12th grade rotate through participating college booths to:

  • Ask their own questions about majors, campus life, admissions, and scholarships
  • Practice a mock college interview with welcoming college representatives
  • Learn what colleges are actually looking for from homeschool applicants
  • Gain confidence speaking directly with adults about their future

This is not about committing to a specific school. It’s about removing uncertainty. Teens don’t need to be interested in any participating college to benefit. This is about learning how to navigate the process — before the stakes feel high. Every participating college signs the student’s Interview Trail card after a brief conversation. Once completed, students turn in their card to receive 50 TTD Bucks — fun convention cash they can spend like real money in the exhibit hall.
